The Client Portal gives secure access to client’s and their families to view certain information on the client’s account such as their Schedule, Care Plan, and Billing.
To access the Client Portal, provide your email address to the Help at Home staff. You will provided with a password. Once activated, you will be able to view the following:
- Shifts and caregivers scheduled for the month.
- Care Plan that is being followed by your caregivers.
- Current and past billing; even create billing reports!
