Client Portal

The Client Portal gives secure access to client’s, their families, and approved medical providers to view the client’s Service Calendar and Care Plan.
To access the Client Portal, provide your email address to the Help at Home staff. You will provided with a password. Once activated, you will be able to view the following:
Shifts and caregivers scheduled for the month.
Care Plan that is being followed by your caregivers.
