At Help at Home Senior Care Nevada, we know that the quality of care we provide to seniors starts with the caregivers we hire. We are extremely selective in choosing only the most skilled and compassionate caregivers to join our Care Team.
Meet Just a Few of Our Outstanding Caregivers
Our extensive hiring process includes in-depth interviews, thorough background checks (DOJ, FBI, and DMV), professional/personal reference checks, a pre-employment physical, drug test, and TB test. Once hired, caregivers attend an extensive orientation, including over 13 hours of training. This is just the beginning of our ongoing training program that is second to none. In addition, our office staff – previous caregivers themselves – provide mentoring, coaching, and guidance throughout their careers with Help at Home Senior Care.
